SaaS ERP: Billing & GST Compliance Engine

Custom billing/discount engine and GST e-invoicing integration for a SaaS ERP platform, cutting invoice generation down to a couple of clicks.

The Challenge

Finance teams using the ERP needed flexible pricing (custom add-ons, discounts) alongside mandatory GST-compliant e-invoicing and e-way bills, normally a manual and error-prone process in India.

Our Solution

Built a billing and discount engine integrated with Razorpay for flexible pricing models, and integrated third-party GST compliance APIs to auto-generate e-invoices and e-way bills.

Technical Approach

Node.js backend services integrated with Razorpay for billing and third-party GST APIs for compliance documents, plus enhancements to inventory/batch management and a CRM click-to-call feature.

Results & Business Impact

• Enabled generation of 5,000+ e-invoices and e-way bills in 1-2 clicks
